Only if your skin says so. Every first peel is preceded by a scan and a free patch test at least 48 hours ahead, and reactive skin starts with barrier repair — The Tend — before any acids. If a peel isn't right for you yet, we'll say so and treat what is.
Arrive as you are — no need to remove makeup, we do that. Skip retinoids and exfoliating acids for 48 hours before a peel, and tell us about any prescriptions like isotretinoin at booking. Everything else, we handle in the room.
Simple on purpose: gentle cleanser, barrier moisturizer, mineral SPF, and no actives for 48 hours after a peel. You leave with it written down, and your therapist texts at 48 hours to check how your skin responded.
Honest answer: a glow after one visit, real change over a series. Texture and congestion typically shift across three treatments over about nine weeks; barrier repair takes four to six. We track it with scans instead of promising dates — skin doesn't read marketing.
First-timers, yes — and it's designed to be a no-brainer: $75, 45 minutes, credited in full toward your first treatment. It's how we choose the right treatment instead of the most expensive one.
A credit lands on the 1st of each month and covers any eligible treatment. Credits roll over for 60 days, member pricing applies to everything else, and you can pause or cancel with 30 days' notice. No contracts, no exit interview.
